Effective date: September 17, 2026
Last updated: September 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at reachonemarketing.com (the “Site”) and any text message communications operated by Reach One Marketing, LLC (“Reach One Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to receive text messages from us or from a business we serve, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or opt in to our messaging program.
2. About Our Services
Reach One Marketing, LLC is a digital marketing agency based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We provide search engine optimization, paid advertising, website design, call tracking, and related marketing services to small and mid-sized businesses.
As part of these services, Reach One Marketing sets up and administers CallRail accounts on behalf of the businesses we serve, so that those businesses can track incoming phone calls and receive text messages from leads and prospective customers. The businesses themselves respond directly to those text messages. Reach One Marketing acts as a service provider in operating this messaging infrastructure and does not use your mobile number for its own marketing.
3. Text Messaging Terms (SMS/MMS)
3.1 Program description and use cases
Text messages sent through our program are conversational, two-way messages between a business and a person who has contacted that business. Messages are used to:
- reply to inquiries submitted through a website form or sent by text;
- provide quotes, estimates, and follow-up on a service request;
- schedule, confirm, and update appointments;
- send service-day notifications and status updates; and
- confirm your opt-in to the messaging program.
We do not send promotional or marketing broadcast messages through this program.
Messages originate from a local ten-digit phone number assigned to the business you contacted. Because these numbers are dynamically assigned for call and text tracking, the number that messages you may differ between conversations.
3.2 How you opt in
You may opt in to receive text messages by:
- checking the text-message consent box on a form on our website or on the website of a business we serve;
- sending a text message to a business’s published phone number; or
- giving verbal or written permission to a member of our team or the business’s team.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
When you opt in, we may send you a message confirming your signup.
3.3 Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your request and the status of your service. Message and data rates may apply. Reach One Marketing does not charge you for text messages; your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply according to your plan.
3.4 How to cancel — STOP
You can cancel this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the local number you are texting with. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending you messages again.
3.5 How to get help — HELP
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to the local number you are texting with. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe. You may also contact us at (704) 440-3834 or info@reachonemarketing.com.
